Grafton to Ellangowan State Forest

G'Day All
72 k's today the kids did well
A few hills and a cookup on the side of the road.
Lachlan stopped on some loose gravel and I came off braking to avoid him at about 25k's. A few scratches, the kids laughed at me falling off for the first time! Nerds!
We left Grafton late due to Blog update.
Got to the state forest about 5 and shared to area with another 4 campers, one rooster and many birds.
Photos on next update
Nearly got onto the local paper at Grafton but the person in the cafe could not get any one down from the paper. Next town. Everyone we speak to is impressed with the effort of the kids as I am.
A few complaints when we rounded the corner to see another hill. They still made it although slow. Excellent job.

Susie said she's glad that the 'mature parent' is on the bike ride, looking after the children and calling them names on every post!!

Viv said "Have you heard of Jetstar??!!" :) Actually, she's very impressed and wished she was 10 and going on a bike-ride like that!!!
